Beer Institute

BIRP

Kentucky Legislature

The Kentucky Legislature convenes in Regular Session for 60 days on the first Tuesday in January of even-numbered years, and for 30 days on the first Tuesday in January in odd-numbered years. KY Alcohol Beverage Control

The Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) is an office within the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet. The ABC is responsible for issuing alcoholic beverage licenses and enforcing Kentucky statutes and administrative regulations pertaining to the alcoholic beverage industry.


National Beer Wholesalers Association

The National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) was founded in 1938 as a trade association for the nations' beer wholesalers. The purpose of NBWA is to provide leadership which enhances the independent malt beverage wholesale industry; to advocate before government and the public on behalf of its members.
